Home Point Exchange and Returns Policy

Items shipped from homepoint.pk, including Home Point Outlets and Warehouse, can be returned within 3 days of delivery, with some exceptions which are given below:

• For products for which it is explicitly mentioned that its not returnable or can be exchanged.
• The product must be unused and in original packaging. Open boxes and packages are not returnable unless faulty or other then as per description.
• To prevent and detect fraud and abuse, in some circumstances Home Point Pakistan may require additional information and documentation from you, such as a government-issued photo identification, to consider processing a return or providing a refund or replacement.
• Refund and exchange delivery charges will be paid by the customer unless product is faulty or other then as per description.
